Job summary

Boeva Tech in Lisbon offers a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist role for a Digital Wallet project, working remotely from Portugal. The position follows a stable Monday–Friday schedule with 08:00–17:00 hours, and includes a base salary of €1,100 gross per month paid 14 times a year, plus a €80 gross/month complexity bonus and meal allowance.

You will handle customer support and collections interactions, helping users manage digital wallets while ensuring secure financial experiences.

Qualifications

• Dutch (C2) and English (B2+) proficiency required.
• 1–2 years experience in customer support, retail, hospitality, or call center.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; tech-savvy and multitasking capable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and written communications.
• Assist customers with account funding and transactions.
• Negotiate payment solutions and secure commitments to pay.
• Investigate and resolve account and collection-related queries.
• Educate customers on account history, products and protection policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and update systems with outcomes.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers with care and empathy.
• Schedule follow-ups and ensure consistent customer engagement.
