You will handle orders, deliveries, payments, returns and act as the link with external sellers. Flexible hours and remote work within continental Portugal are offered, with relocation assistance and a comprehensive training program conducted in English.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and able to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email.
• Listen to customers' questions and concerns and deliver tailored solutions.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Act as the point of contact for external sellers, ensuring seamless operations.
• Offer guidance on digital products and e-services.
