Business Intelligence Sales Consultants is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to help customers manage digital wallet accounts and handle collections-related interactions. You will work in a fast-paced FinTech environment with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction from Lisbon via remote work.

The role requires Dutch (C2) and English (B2+) proficiency, 1–2 years of relevant experience, and solid communication and negotiation skills.

Your Mission

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping customers manage their digital wallet accounts while ensuring a smooth and secure financial experience.

You'll handle both customer support and collections-related interactions, making a real difference in customers' financial journeys.

Key Responsibilities
