Eco Plus Solutions AB in Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to be the primary contact for patients and customers using diabetes care devices and services. This remote role offers a base salary of 1,100 EUR gross per month paid 14 times per year, plus a 150 EUR attendance bonus and a 2,000 EUR signing bonus paid across the first year.

You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chat with empathy, guide users through device setup, manage accounts, and collaborate with quality

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (written and spoken)
• B2-level English for internal communication and training
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and CRM tools
• Ability to work remotely from Portugal with reliable internet

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, professional assistance to customers/patients via inbound calls, emails, and chat
• Guide users through device setup and troubleshoot basic issues
• Update customer profiles and manage order queries in compliance with data privacy standards
• Collaborate with team leaders and quality specialists to maintain service standards and compliance
• Handle sensitive health-related inquiries with discretion and empathy
