Job summary

Ignite seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to be the main contact for Dutch account holders and online merchants, working 100% remotely from Portugal. You will handle inquiries about digital transactions, wallets, and account security with a focus on elite financial service standards.

Required: Dutch C1/C2, English B2, and Portugal residence with NIF/NISS. A quiet home workspace and prior fintech or e-commerce experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Dutch FLUENCY at C1/C2 level (written and spoken) with English at B2.
• Residence in Portugal with full working rights, NIF and NISS.
• Quiet home workspace with reliable internet.
• Experience in customer care, fintech, or e-commerce is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multichannel inquiries from Dutch clients (phone, email, chat).
• Provide technical guidance on digital wallet features and platform tools.
• Document interactions in CRM with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with regional helpdesks, risk, and back-office teams to resolve escalations.
