Ignite is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support Dutch clients and merchants from a fully remote role based in Portugal. You will handle digital transactions, account management, and platform security with a focus on elite service standards.

You will engage customers across channels, guide them on wallet features, and ensure accurate CRM documentation. Strong Dutch and English skills, plus fintech experience, are valued in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Dutch language mastery at C1/C2 level (written and spoken).
• Professional English proficiency at B2 level.
• Residence in Portugal with full work rights, NIF and NISS.
• Quiet, reliable remote workspace with good internet.
• Fintech or customer care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Multichannel client engagement via phone, email and live chat for Dutch customers.
• Provide technical guidance on digital wallet features, transaction logs and account settings.
• Log and track all customer interactions in the CRM with high data integrity.
• Collaborate with regional helpdesks, risk, and back-office teams to resolve escalated cases.
• Represent the brand with high standards of professionalism and trust.
