Ignite is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support Dutch clients from a fully remote role based in Portugal. You will handle inquiries about safe transactions, account navigation, and dispute processing, delivering high‑level customer service for a fintech platform.

The role requires fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), with a local NIF/NISS and valid work entitlement in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch spoken and written (C1/C2) with English working proficiency (B2).
• Legible, proactive communication and empathy in customer interactions.
• Ability to handle multiple software tools and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Process and resolve inbound inquiries from Dutch users via phone, email, and live chat with accuracy and speed.
• Guide users through digital security protocols, transactions, and platform features.
• Document and track customer requests and statuses in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with fraud risk and technical ops teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain professional standards aligned with a top fintech brand.
