Ignite in Portugal is seeking a Dutch Customer Experience Specialist to support Dutch-speaking account holders and commercial clients on a leading online payments platform. You will handle transaction inquiries, security checks, and wallet features while upholding elite service standards.

Qualifications

• Dutch (written and spoken) at C1/C2 with English at B2.
• Residence in Portugal with valid work rights, NIF and NISS.
• Quiet home office with reliable internet connection.
• Experience in customer support, financial helpdesks, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong active listening, empathy, multitasking, and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming Dutch client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering secure solutions.
• Guide users through digital transaction steps, security checks, and account questions.
• Log customer communications and updates in CRM systems with accuracy.
• Collaborate with risk operations and technical support to resolve complex cases.
• Uphold a polished, professional service that reinforces the fintech brand.
