Qualifications

• Dutch (C2 level) and English (B2+) proficiency.
• 1–2 years experience in customer support, retail, hospitality, or call center.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office and online tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as written communication.
• Support customers with account funding and transactions.
• Negotiate payment solutions and secure commitments to pay.
• Investigate and resolve account- and collection-related queries.
• Educate customers on account history, products and protection policies.
• Identify and support vulnerable customers with empathy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and transfer cases when needed.
• Accurately update systems with call outcomes and next steps.
• Schedule follow-ups and maintain consistent customer engagement.
