Cross Border Talents in Portugal is hiring a Customer Specialist for a Medical Devices Project. You will provide professional support across phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, handling product information, orders, deliveries, accounts, and services.

Your goal is to understand customer needs and offer clear, timely solutions, while maintaining a positive and professional experience for a leading healthcare brand. This role supports remote work with potential relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (C1).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the CS field.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and empathetic customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to medical devices, products, orders, deliveries, accounts, and services.
• Provide accurate and clear information while following established company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions efficiently and within the required timeframe.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating technical or complex cases when necessary.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, accuracy, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Follow all relevant procedures and requirements when handling medical device-related inquiries.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of products, processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards through ongoing training.
