Cross Border Talents in Portugal's Faro is seeking a Customer Specialist for a Medical Devices Project to deliver expert support on product information, orders, deliveries, accounts and services. You will assist customers through phone, email, chat and other channels, understanding needs and providing clear, accurate solutions while following company policies.

Fluency in Dutch and English, 1 year of customer support experience, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this healthcare

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (C1).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in CS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, empathetic customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to medical devices, products, orders, deliveries, accounts, and services.
• Provide accurate and clear information while following established company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions efficiently and within the required timeframe.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating technical or complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow all relevant procedures and requirements when handling medical device-related inquiries.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of products, processes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards through ongoing training.
