Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Specialist for a Medical Devices Project. You will be the main contact for customers, handling product questions, orders, and account requests via phone, email, chat, and other channels.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (C1).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product questions, orders, account requests, and service inquiries.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate technical or complex cases to appropriate teams when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet quality, productivity, service level, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay informed about medical device products and company procedures through training.
