Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist for a Medical Devices Project. You will support customers across phone, email, chat, and other digital channels with product information, orders, and services, ensuring timely, clear solutions.

Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (C1) are required, along with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. A minimum of 1 year in customer support and strong communication skills are essential for delivering exceptional service in a healthcare tech context.

Qualificações
