Cross Border Talents in a remote-capable role is seeking a bilingual Dutch and English customer support professional. Join an international fintech team to assist customers with payments, accounts, and inquiries while contributing to service excellence.

The position offers a €2,000 welcome bonus, remote work, and a weekday schedule. Prior experience in financial services is a plus, with weekends off and relocation support possibly available.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using computer applications and learning new systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Financial services or transaction-processing experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and written inquiries.
• Assist customers with payment transactions, account funding, and account-related questions.
• Investigate payment and collection inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Explain account history, product details, and relevant policies.
• Discuss payment arrangements and follow up when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and collaborate with internal teams.
