Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join its international team in a fully remote role. You will handle account-related inquiries, payments, and collection matters via voice and written channels, guiding customers with a friendly and professional approach.
The ideal candidate has fluent Dutch and English, prior customer service experience, and strong problem-solving skills.
Formación
- Fluent Dutch and English required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in financial services or payment processing is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide support through voice and written channels.
- Assist with account funding and payment inquiries.
- Negotiate payment arrangements as needed.
- Investigate and resolve collection-related questions.
- Explain account history and policies.
- Support vulnerable customers and insolvency-related matters.
- Secure payment commitments and arrange callbacks.
- Route inquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Update internal systems with notes.
