Job summary

CallForTalents, a multinational fintech, seeks a Customer Service professional for a fully remote role supporting Dutch and English-speaking customers of an online payments system. The position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, with relocation and accommodation support if needed.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, weekends off. Compensation includes a monthly gross salary, a welcome bonus paid monthly during the first year, a net meal allowance for each working day, and a complexity

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
• Able to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Strong multitasking across multiple queues and product lines.
• Capable of working independently with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support and collections.
• Negotiate payments and secure commitments to pay on later dates.
• Assist customers with account funding and advise on funding transactions.
• Research and resolve collections-related inquiries via phone and written channels.
• Educate customers on account history and product details, including protection policies.
• Support and flag vulnerable customers; provide insolvency support when needed.
• Schedule calls and arrange callbacks at convenient times.
• Transfer customers to other teams when necessary and document outcomes.
• Record call outcomes in company systems for reference by other teams.
