Job summary

Cbtalents is hiring a Customer Specialist to support customers in the Travel industry, delivering high-quality assistance across orders, accounts, products, and services.

You will communicate via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, resolving questions and guiding users through procedures, with Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required. EU citizenship or Portuguese residence is necessary.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, organised, detail-focused and eager to learn.
• Interest in developing professionally within the Travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
• Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
• Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
• Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Keep knowledge of products, services, procedures, and policies up to date through training.
