Qualificações

• C2-level fluency in Dutch and strong command of English (B2+)
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience in financial services/fintech is a plus
• Proficient with PC tools and CRM systems

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email in Dutch
• Log and track interactions in the CRM system accurately
• Troubleshoot payment and account issues related to digital wallet products

What you'll do

• Providing customer support via phone, chat, and email in Dutch
• Accurately logging and tracking interactions in the CRM system
• Troubleshooting payment and account issues related to digital wallet products
• Offering clear, timely resolutions with professionalism and empathy
• Ensuring compliance with procedures and service standards

What we're looking for

• C2-level fluency in Dutch and strong command of English (B2+)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar environments is preferred
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or internet-based companies is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable using PC-based tools, internet systems, and software applications
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote environment
• Collaborative, resilient attitude and customer-first mindset

Salary

1 100,00 € x 14 yearly + Complexity Bonus

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
