Cross Border Talents is seeking an Automotive Customer Support Specialist to be the primary contact for customers across phone, email, chat and digital channels. You will provide expert assistance on vehicles, services, accounts and orders, ensuring a seamless, positive experience.

The role requires fluent Danish (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicles, products, services, accounts and ownership.
• Manage orders, appointments, subscriptions, billing, and payments.
• Provide clear and accurate information about automotive products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Escalate technical or complex issues to internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
