Cross Border Talents is seeking an Automotive Customer Support Specialist to join our global team, delivering top-tier support across phone, email, chat, and digital platforms. You will handle inquiries about vehicles, products, services, accounts, orders, subscriptions, billing, and more, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You will be responsible for maintaining records, escalating complex issues, and staying current with industry trends while delivering professional, proactive service

Qualificações

• Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicles, products, services, accounts, and ownership support.
• Manage requests involving orders, appointments, subscriptions, billing, and payments.
• Provide clear and accurate information about automotive products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates using internal systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest automotive products, services, technologies, and industry trends through continuous learning.
