CloserHire is recruiting a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an Automotive Digital Services project, based in Portugal with remote work. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat and email, troubleshoot automotive and digital product questions, and document all interactions in CRM systems.

You will join a dynamic, multicultural team and work toward high customer satisfaction, meeting quality and performance targets while supporting relocation for eligible candidates.

Qualificações

• Danish native or fluent; English skills helpful.
• Danish (C1–C2) with good English; strong communication abilities.
• Experience in customer service or support roles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professional support.
• Assist customers with questions related to automotive and digital products; troubleshoot effectively.
• Document interactions, resolutions and follow-ups in CRM systems accurately.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve the customer experience.
• Stay updated on offers, policies and services to provide timely information.
