Cross Border Talents is hiring a Remote Customer Service Specialist (Danish Speaker) to support a leading European automotive brand. You will work entirely from Portugal, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email while delivering friendly, accurate assistance.

You should have at least 1 year in customer service, fluent Danish, English at B2 level, and be enthusiastic about automotive topics and digital products. Training is provided.

Qualificações

• Fluent Danish required, written and spoken.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• At least 1 year in customer service or call center.
• Interest in automotive topics and digital products.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Be the friendly point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Document interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Troubleshoot questions related to digital products.
• Stay updated on products, services and policies for accurate information.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience.
