Qualificações

• Fluent in Danish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicles, products, services, accounts, and ownership support.
• Manage requests involving orders, appointments, subscriptions, billing, and payments.
• Provide clear and accurate information about automotive products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Escalate technical or complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates using internal systems.
• Stay up to date with latest automotive products, services, technologies, and industry trends through continuous learning.
