BlueView Talent is seeking an Automotive Customer Support Specialist to be the primary contact for customers across phone, email, chat and digital platforms. You will provide expert support on vehicles, services, accounts, orders, and subscriptions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Danish and English, eligible to work in the EU/Portugal, and possess strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicles, products, services, accounts, and ownership support.
• Manage requests involving orders, appointments, subscriptions, billing, and payments.
• Provide clear and accurate information about automotive products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates using internal systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest automotive products, services, technologies, and industry trends through continuous learning.
