You will be the primary contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and other platforms, handling inquiries on vehicles, services, accounts, orders, and subscriptions.

Ideal candidates possess Danish and English language skills, analytical and communicative abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn in the Travel field

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicles, products, services, accounts, and ownership.
• Manage requests involving orders, subscriptions, billing, and payments.
• Provide clear and accurate information about automotive products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Escalate technical or complex issues to internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates using internal systems.
• Stay up to date with automotive products, services, technologies, and industry trends.
