Cross Border Talents in Portugal is looking for a Danish Automotive Customer Specialist to provide first-line support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate solutions for customers.

You will document interactions, resolve issues, and collaborate with teams to meet KPIs. The role requires Danish (C2) and English (B2), a marketing degree or equivalent digital marketing experience, and the ability to work remotely with relocation assistance offered.

Qualificações

• Language skills: Danish (C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Degree in Marketing or equivalent in digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Multi-channel support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot product/service inquiries and assist with account requests.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues following procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet KPIs.
