Cross Border Talents is seeking an Automotive Customer Support Specialist to be the main point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat, and digital channels. You will deliver expert support on vehicles, services, accounts, orders, and subscriptions with a focus on a seamless customer experience.

The role requires Danish (C1/C2) and English (B2) proficiency, plus strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Danish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in the Travel field.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicles, products, services, accounts, and ownership support.
• Manage requests involving orders, appointments, subscriptions, billing, and payments.
• Provide clear and accurate information about automotive products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates using internal systems.
