Job summary

OnTheGoSystems, the company behind WPML, Toolset, and PTC, seeks a hands-on, AI-native marketer to own marketing and shape our approach. You will work directly with clients, analyze data, and implement AI-driven workflows to deliver real marketing work.

You’ll operate across SEO, content, retention, paid ads, and client analytics, using Claude and our internal systems. This is a technical, autonomous role in a flexible remote environment, reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Uses AI agents, automation, and advanced AI workflows with demonstrable results.
• Hands-on and comfortable with the technical side of marketing.
• Curious and able to understand customers and the business before proposing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive key marketing areas (SEO, content partnerships, customer marketing, paid advertising, analytics).
• Identify opportunities, execute plans, measure impact, and iterate.
• Collaborate with product and CEO teams to shape marketing strategy.
