TGTC is seeking a highly autonomous Growth Architect to own and scale our AI-powered GTM workflows across sales, marketing, and product. You’ll design systems that drive revenue from first touch to retention and partner with founders on priority experiments.

You’ll build and scale AI agents and workflows, orchestrate Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified system, and turn product and user data into actionable growth signals.

Qualificações

• You’ve built systems that directly impacted growth or revenue.
• Strong systems thinker with an end-to-end mindset.
• Experience building workflows via APIs, automation tools, or light code.
• Comfortable with AI tools, agents, or LLM-powered workflows.
• High ownership and bias for action.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product.
• Lead development of AI agents and workflows automating key funnel parts.
• Orchestrate Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified system.
• Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals.
• Build intelligent workflows (lead scoring, routing, onboarding flows).
• Define how AI is used across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify bottlenecks and design systems to remove them.
• Partner with founders on growth strategy and experiments.
