Paradox is seeking a Marketing Operator who will own end-to-end marketing performance across channels. You will set strategy and execute campaigns yourself, utilizing AI tools to scale efforts.

The role supports a remote-first culture with an option to work from our Dubai office, requiring French and English fluency and a track record of hands-on, data-driven growth. You will shape growth strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report outcomes with actionable insights.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in marketing, with both strategic and hands-on execution experience (not pure agency-management).
• Portfolio of tests, landing pages, automations, audiences; a scrappy before/after beats a polished CV.
• You use AI daily to create leverage and solve complex issues.

Responsabilidades

• Own channel strategy & execution across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing; execute core work yourself.
• Run campaigns end-to-end: briefs, copy, targeting, launch, analysis; touch the full loop.
