Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst based in Portugal to drive data-driven decision making for marketing budgets across products, channels, and traffic sources.

The role combines advanced analytics, experimentation, and predictive modeling to improve performance and inform investment choices. You will build Early LTV models, contribute to AI-powered analytics initiatives, and collaborate in a distributed international environment to turn complex data into practical business

Qualificações

• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Knowledge of statistics and experimentation design with backtesting.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (LTV, CAC/CPA, ROI/ROAS).
• Ability to translate analytics into actionable business rules.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools (Superset, Tableau, or Power BI).
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Experience with Python for data analysis is a plus.
• Experience with forecasting, optimization, and AI/LLM analytics tools is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Design high-level logic, rules, and models to allocate marketing budgets across products and traffic sources.
• Develop Early LTV metrics and models to support performance decisions and budget allocation.
• Build analytical frameworks for performance diagnostics across products, channels, and campaigns.
• Contribute to internal AI-based analytics tool for performance analysis and root-cause detection.
• Support the unified BI layer through metric definition and data validation.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business rules and decisions.
