Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a MarTech Engineer - AI & Automation to design and scale AI-enhanced marketing automation across channels. You will integrate AI agents with CRM, analytics, and campaign tools, while building data pipelines and dashboards for rapid experimentation, reporting, and optimization.

This remote role offers ownership across Growth, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, with a focus on scalable AI-driven automation that accelerates customer journeys and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in MarTech, marketing automation, or closely related engineering role.
• Strong experience with CRM customization, marketing automation, and workflow design.
• Practical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, event tracking, analytics, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Webflow, Unbounce, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Interest or hands-on experience with AI tools, agent architectures, prompt engineering, or LLM APIs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AI-enhanced marketing automation workflows using platforms like Customer.io, HubSpot, Make, Zapier.
• Integrate AI models and agents into lifecycle marketing activities (lead capture, onboarding, messaging, campaigns).
• Build and maintain intelligent workflows across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
• Prototype and deploy lightweight AI agents using LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Design data flows and context management for AI agents to work with CRM, analytics, and campaigns.
• Connect AI agents and automation to internal systems via APIs, webhooks, and native integrations.
• Manage marketing event tracking, attribution, funnel measurement, and journey analytics.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for rapid experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Customize and integrate CRM, CMS, landing pages, analytics, and campaign platforms (Webflow, Unbounce, Looker Studio).
• Build internal tools and automation scripts with Python or Node.js to reduce manual work.
• Maintain and evolve APIs, webhooks, integrations, and marketing data pipelines.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth to establish triggers and feedback loops for AI agents.
• Champion automation-first approaches and contribute to AI agent roadmap.
