Job summary

Jobgether Srl is seeking a Growth Manager in Portugal to own the full growth strategy for an established digital product. You will drive marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, leveraging AI-powered workflows to accelerate delivery and optimize performance.

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities, launch experiments, and continuously improve customer acquisition and retention in a highly autonomous setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally in a small, execution‑focused team.
• Proven design and execution of AI‑powered marketing workflows.
• Strong email marketing and lifecycle management expertise.
• Experience running CRO experiments and data‑driven decisions.
• Ability to independently drive complete marketing initiatives from copy to launch.
• Experience creating content across email, websites, blogs, and social media.
• Solid analytical skills with marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent written communication and remote collaboration ability.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and autonomous with a learning mindset.
• Partial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time preferred.
• WordPress and AI content creation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth strategy for an established brand with planning, execution, and optimization.
• Develop and manage email marketing and lifecycle campaigns with segmentation and automation.
• Drive CRO across landing pages, pricing pages, and checkout flows via experiments.
• Create and publish marketing content using AI-assisted workflows and landing pages, blogs, emails.
• Build and maintain marketing automation using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Monitor analytics, identify growth opportunities, and present data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, support, SEO, and leadership to align with business goals.
• Continuously test new tools/AI capabilities to improve efficiency and performance.
