Rove Concepts seeks a Marketing Manager, AI and Lifecycle for Rove Next. This remote, full-time contractor role will own email and lifecycle, build flows, segmentation, deliverability, and ensure quality across copy, creative, and destinations.

You will ship AI-enabled processes and collaborate with design and ads partners to move the calendar. The role requires 5+ years in ecommerce/DTC, native English, hands-on with Klaviyo, and a track record of shipping.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in ecommerce or DTC marketing with ownership of email and lifecycle.
• Evidence that you build with AI yourself rather than relying on tickets.
• Fluent, native-level English, written and spoken.
• Strong eye for asset quality, destination alignment, and offer math.

Responsibilities

• Own Email and lifecycle as the primary channel.
• Manage campaign calendar, flows, segmentation, deliverability, list health.
• Quality control on copy, creative, and destinations.
• Build AI into daily work and ship it.
• Collaborate with lifecycle/email team, designers, and external ads partner.
• Translate results into plain business language (spend vs. revenue).
