Job summary

Jobgether and its partner seek an Innovation Lead in Portugal to drive an IP and innovation pipeline from concept to market readiness.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Europe, translate science into commercial opportunities, and manage partnerships with universities and technology partners. English fluency and willingness to travel are required. Remote work options are available within Europe.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Life Sciences; PhD advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience translating research into applied services or commercial opportunities.
• Experience in innovation management, business development, or technology transfer.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined segment of the Innovation and IP pipeline from scoping to execution.
• Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities aligned with strategy and billing priorities.
• Translate research into value propositions, business cases and roadmaps.
• Lead technology development and applied-service projects with milestones and budgets.
• Transform concepts into action plans with objectives, deliverables and milestones.
