Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to provide high-touch support for premium subscribers across channels. You will guide onboarding, billing, and renewals, showcase AI features, and resolve technical issues to ensure a smooth experience.

You will also collect user feedback and share insights to help improve the platform. This full-time role operates on a 24/7 rotation with day or night shifts in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with interest in tech, AI and digital communication.
• Ability to guide users through account setup, plans, billing and renewals.
• Comfort working with analysis of user feedback and trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch support to premium subscribers.
• Guide users on account setup, plans, billing, and renewals.
• Educate users on AI tools and premium features.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve app and platform issues.
