Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to deliver high-touch support to premium subscribers across social platforms. You will manage accounts and billing, showcase AI features, handle multi-channel inquiries, diagnose technical issues, and capture insights to improve the product.

This full-time role offers a total fixed package of €1,237.83 per month plus a monthly performance bonus up to €300, meal allowance, private insurance after signing, 22 vacation days,

Qualifications

Fluent in English and passionate about tech, AI, and digital communication.
Lisbon, Portugal—willingness to work on-site.
Experience in customer support or service roles.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-touch support and guidance to premium subscribers.
Guide users through account setup, plan tiers, billing inquiries, and renewals.
Educate users on integrated AI tools and exclusive premium features.
Handle inbound & outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat to deliver swift resolutions.
Diagnose and resolve app and platform-related technical issues.
Share user feedback to help shape and improve the platform experience.
