WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, troubleshoot software issues, and manage orders from a remote setup.

You will join a structured onboarding, with ongoing training and development, and operate in an international environment with English training and strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.
• B2 English proficiency for training and communications.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.
• Process and manage orders
• Document customer interactions and technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems
• Deliver professional, accurate, and solution-oriented customer support.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
