Job summary

Wise Insight is seeking a customer support specialist to assist consumers and business users of the client platform across multiple channels, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.

You will handle billing questions, guide users on product use, and deliver high-quality service that meets scoring measures. A strong English communicator and team player who can work 40 hours per week in a rotational shift is required. Candidates must be local to Portugal.
