Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team, supporting a leading technology client on-site.

You will provide multichannel support, handle inquiries, troubleshoot, and guide customers, with rotating 24/7 shifts including nights and holidays. Relocation is possible for those outside Portugal.

We are recruiting English-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international customer service team in Lisbon, supporting a leading technology client. This is an on-site role on a 24/7 project, open to candidates already in Portugal and to those willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, multichannel customer support (phone, email and chat)
• Handle billing and invoicing enquiries accurately
• Troubleshoot and resolve account access issues
• Guide customers in using the client's products and services
• Deliver timely, high-quality solutions that resolve issues at first contact where possible
• Meet customer satisfaction, quality and productivity targets

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Customer-focused, professional attitude

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
