Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Polish.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via inbound and outbound calls in Polish and English.
• Assist buyers, sellers, and creators with order deliveries and platform inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve issues by reviewing order and logistics information.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams as needed.
• Document interactions and maintain detailed case records with accuracy.
