CloserHire is recruiting for a Polish-speaking on-site customer support role in Lisbon, Portugal, on a 6-month contract for the Bytedance GEC CS project. You will assist users via inbound/outbound calls and resolve e-commerce platform-related issues in a fast-paced BPO environment.

The position requires native/fluent Polish and strong English (B2+), with relocation support available and a 6-month contract with rotational shifts.
