Qualifications include native or near-native Polish, fluent English at C1, and excellent communication. Based in Lisbon, you will work on-site and contribute to high satisfaction and retention while meeting performance targets.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Polish proficiency.
• Fluent English with C1 level; oral validation will be conducted.
• Excellent communication and argumentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide up-to-date product and service information to customers.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and concerns.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Continuously improve knowledge of products and services.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call volume and resolution time.
• Contribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide feedback to management on customer issues, concerns, and trends.
