Closerhire is hiring a Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle inbound and outbound calls in Polish and English, assist buyers, sellers, and creators with orders and inquiries, and maintain professional, empathetic service while resolving issues.

Expect a rotating schedule and full-time employment with the benefit of 14 monthly salaries. Accommodation support and flight reimbursement details are provided as part of the relocation package.

Qualificações

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with e-commerce and online marketplaces is a plus.
