Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Polish market. You will provide professional customer support in Polish and English, by phone and e-mail, on-site in a dynamic airline environment.

The role involves handling inquiries, assisting with the frequent flyer programme, and ensuring timely updates to customers. This 12-month contract includes 40 hours per week with rotational shifts and training support.

Qualificações

• Native-level Polish proficiency.
• Fluent English; minimum B2.
• Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions by phone and e-mail.
• Professional yet friendly attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer questions and issues related to the airline's products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries about the frequent flyer programme.
• Follow up on requests and inform customers about progress and outcome.
• Record all customer contacts in the relevant systems.
• Handle offline tasks, including forms, emails and tickets.
