Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Polish) to join an on-site team. You will handle customer inquiries in Polish with English support, work 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, including bank holidays.

Base salary is €1,000 per month (x14 months) plus a €1,000 complexity bonus. Additional benefits include a daily meal allowance, health insurance from day one (free after 6 months), relocation housing for up to 12 months, comprehensive training, and growth

Job description

Position: Customer Service Advisor (Polish)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (on-site)
Start Date: 5 November, 2026
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts) Days Off: Weekends

Requirements:

• Native/fluent in Polish (C2) with good English (B2+)
• Possess strong customer service skills.
