A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative for a major airline in Lisbon. Contract Type: CDD 6 months, renewable
Your Role:
Become part of the support team for a reputable airline, assisting passengers with reservations, policies, and travel-related inquiries.
Schedule:
Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 20:00
Rotative shifts
Days off: 2 rotative days
Requirements:
Native-level Portuguese (European) coupled with B2 English, written and spoken
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Availability for rotating shifts and on-site work in Lisbon
Compensation and Benefits:
Performance bonus: EUR 150/month (paid over 12 months)
Meal allowance: EUR 7.23/day, net, paid in a meal card (approx. EUR 159/month)
Health insurance: Available from day 1 (monthly contribution required; free after 6 months)
