Qualifications

• Native-level Polish proficiency.
• Fluent English; minimum B2 level.
• Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions by phone and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer questions and issues related to the company's products and services.
• Assist customers with enquiries related to the frequent flyer programme.
• Follow up on customer requests and keep customers informed about progress and outcome.
• Record all incoming and outgoing customer contacts in the relevant systems.
• Handle offline tasks, including forms, emails, tickets and other administrative activities.
• Maintain productivity levels that meet or exceed departmental targets.
• Escalate critical customer well-being issues and any matters outside the role scope.
