You will stay updated on product changes, document interactions in CRM, and collaborate across teams to elevate service quality. A relocation package and performance bonus are available.

Qualifications

• Polish language proficiency (native or fluent) required.
• Professional English proficiency for an international office environment.
• EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium-level support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Represent clients with excellence for Polish-speaking users.
• Understand product updates and company policies to provide expert guidance.
• Document all interactions in the CRM to ensure service quality and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• Strive to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs (response times, CSAT).
• Participate in feedback loops to improve Polish-language service quality.
