Qualificações

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong proficiency in English to navigate internal systems and team communications.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly valued.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
• Valid EU passport or valid working rights in Bulgaria.
• Ability to work on-site in Sofia, embracing the professional environment of our partner centers.
